Product and Service Selection

Morant uses survey forms and discussions to understand your requirements. Together we review AMPAC’s 30+ modules and select those appropriate for your operation. Because of the array of templates, modules, and options, we pay considerable attention to product selection.

Product Demonstrations

Demonstrations of AMPAC and AMPAC WEB can be arranged in our offices, or your offices, in person, or via the web.

Conducting Business

To ensure product integrity and quality services, Morant sells AMPAC directly to associations without distributors or third parties. You will work with experienced sales, project management, and technical staff. We work directly with your staff or any outside consultants or experts you engage. (Many consultants in the industry already know us)

Pricing

Morant responds to RFIs, RFPs, or other formal or informal inquiries. We recommend, however, early face-to-face meetings to understand your environment, explain our products and services, and offer preliminary pricing estimates before preparing a final proposal. This saves time for all parties. The final quotation or proposal will then be a detailed turnkey solution, covering software, services, data conversion, training, and a time line.

Implementation

To deliver the right cost-effective and user-effective solution on time, on budget, guaranteed the first time, Morant employs a comprehensive two-stage, seven-step project process under supervision of a highly experienced project manager.
