The AMPAC Central Payment Auto-Distribution system saves data entry time, especially if the amount paid has to be distributed among many line items and/or if the payment detail if for two or more members. In a simplified process, AMPAC will create all of the data entries in the payment detail for the correct amount based on the billing year specified.

Here’s an example: If an entity is paying for five members and each dues distribution contains two or three entries, this process will automatically enter the 15 entries to the proper accounting period for each of the payment detail sections in addition to entering the correct expire date and G/L code for each item.
