Morant Offers Customized Solutions to User Issues
Clients often wonder what impact their suggestions and questions have on the
development of software solutions at Morant. The answer is that their input
has big implications for what the company does.
“Developing good systems isn’t found in a ‘one size fits
all’ strategy,” commented Bob Mossadeghi. “Morant is working
to provide flexible systems and solutions to the questions and scenarios that
our clients tell us about.”
Dawn Norman, a Morant client who is in charge of conventions and events for
IDEA (an association that supports fitness professionals), needed a faster,
more automated way to meet the challenges of conventions.
Her suggestion to have additional automation abilities that would allow her
to complete tasks in less time and with less staff were used by Morant developers.
They created ways for her to automate tasks and save time – so well that
she wrote an article about it. Read her article on Using Database Management
for Event Production – and keep sending Morant your ideas of how we can
make AMPAC work for you.
