Morant Offers
Clients GWSAE Speaker Series Tickets
2004-2005
Series Focuses on Courage, Compassion,
and Conscience
Alexandria, VA – Morant Information Systems announced
that it will offer free tickets to the 2004-2005 GWSAE Speaker Series. Morant
has been a supporter of the series that started 11 years ago.
“This is another way for us
to show gratitude to our clients for their support,” said Bob Mossadeghi,
Morant’s President & Senior Consultant. “The GWSAE Speaker Series draws
some of the best talent available, and we’re happy to give our clients free
access to these great local events.”
- October 18, 2004: Join us for a rare opportunity to hear cinematic
legend, activist and Renaissance man, Robert
Redford, as he reflects on his extraordinary life, career and pressing
social issues with acclaimed interviewer and journalist, Charlie Rose.
- February 7, 2005: Witness the strengths and bonds of solidarity
and friendship through the history of the civil rights movement
with accomplished longtime friends Ruby Dee, Ossie Davis,
and Odetta and Della Reese in a
conversation with Renee Poussaint.
- May 2, 2005: See history in the making as two
of our most noted journalists, Christiane
Amanpour and Tim Russert,
join forces together on stage for the first time ever to explore the world
situation.
- June 6, 2005: Close the landmark season with Cherie Booth, wife of Tony Blair
and prominent human rights attorney in a conversation with Paula Zahn. While other wives of
prime ministers have kept a low profile, Mrs. Blair has a reputation for
speaking her mind and is publishing a book in the fall based on the
spouses of former prime ministers.
All events are held at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Washington, DC from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30
p.m. One client and a guest of the client’s choice from his or her
organization are invited to attend one of the GWSAE Speaker Series events.
