AMPAC Users Powerful Software Updates and Support
Alexandria, VA – To provide users with the most powerful and effective software available,
Morant announced the release of six new software updates. These additions give
users expanded power and control over their day-to-day operations in the AMPAC
system.

New Releases for 2005
- Track and update Speaker
Information for conferences: With our new update, speakers can review their
event sessions, event schedules, room information, and the equipment
ordered for the room setup. The update gives speakers the power to request
additional equipment for setup, decline engagements, and verify/update
their profile. Because the data stems directly from AMPAC, you and your
staff can review this data and update AMPAC Conference Speaker section at
any time.
- Track and update Certification/Education
Information for students: This update empowers each candidate to web
access to review all courses/classes, class schedules, class sites, course
details, and rosters. Candidates can also signup for new classes, transfer
from one class to another, pay for the selected classes, and/or update
their candidate profile. The data displayed throughout stems directly from
AMPAC. Because the data stems directly from AMPAC, you and your staff can
review this data and update information on demand.
- Archive Exhibit Registrations for any of your
past trade shows and conventions: Move registrations from the main Exhibitor
files to Exhibitor archive files and access the archived information from the Exhibit Registration data entry screen and
Exhibit sub-menu to produce full reports.
- Track and update Board
Information for members through the web: Allow members to review
their board: participation, roster, meeting schedules as well as sign up
to participate in board meetings, request to terminate board assignment
using data from AMPAC. The AMPAC WEBLINK can also be used to download,
review, and update the AMPAC Board section files with the information from
the WEB site.
- Track and update Chapter Information for
members through the web: Members can review their chapter assignments,
review their chapter roster, request to transfers from one chapter to
another, request to terminate chapter assignments, and/or pay chapter dues
on the web using the data from AMPAC. Use the AMPAC WEBLINK to review and
update AMPAC Chapter section and accounting files with the information
from the WEB site.
- Track and update the Conference
Sponsorship Information for sponsors through the web: By using
the AMPAC WEBLINK to review and update the AMPAC Conference Sponsor
section with the data from the website, sponsors can review the conference
information, sponsored events, profiles, and pledges to sponsor events for
conferences, as well as submit payments via the web.
